Sharing Menu Wedding Catering
Offering your guests a sharing menu is a great way to create a convivial and interactive dining experience. Dishes are served to the table on Oak boards and large sharing bowls and platters and guests can help themselves in a relaxed manner.

Hampshire charcuterie with apple & celeriac remoulade and mustard relish
Leek, aubergine and blue cheese filo parcels with red pepper coulis (v)
Smoked Hampshire trout with horseradish creme fraiche and Alresford watercress leaves
All served with a selection of homemade breads, pickled vegetables, hummus and tzatziki
